This fan has 6 forward curved blades, which are resistant to dust accumulation and wear. This fan has A-type and C-type transmission, and can also be made into D-type transmission. The C-73 dust exhaust centrifugal fan has the characteristics of reasonable structure, easy installation, reliable performance, and low noise. Suitable for conveying air mixtures containing dust, wood debris, fine fibers, etc. If conveying hard particles, a dust removal device needs to be added before the fan inlet.
2、 Type:
1. The fan mechanism is single suction, with three machine numbers including No.3.6C, 4.5C, and 5.5C.

The fan is made in two types: right rotation and left rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise with a needle, it is called a right rotating fan, represented by "right"; Rotating counterclockwise is called a left rotating fan, represented by "left".

The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The adjustment range is between 0 ° and 225 °, and both sides can be made into 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.

3、 Purpose:
The C6-31 centrifugal fan is a specialized equipment for discharging gases containing dust, wood debris, fine particles, etc. If its performance is suitable, it can also be used for other ventilation purposes. But the operating temperature is 200 ℃.
4、 Structural features:
1) The effective operating range is wide. There are a total of 21 specifications, including C6-31-1No.6-12D and C6-51-1No.7-20D. Due to the dense arrangement of fan numbers, it is easy to select the high-efficiency zone and expand the performance range by twice compared to the original old product.
2) Near diameter and backward blades have good stability, and the motor is not easily overloaded, which improves the phenomenon of blade dust accumulation. It has a high pressure coefficient, low speed, low noise, reduced impact, and good wear resistance.
3) Adopting a new type of leak proof bearing box. Adopting a lap type oil slinger and a semi open aluminum oil seal, the outer pressure plate root is equipped with a ventilation cover to reduce the micro positive pressure in the bearing box, ensuring no oil leakage. Dry oil or thin lubricating oil can be used according to the usage situation; Natural cooling or water cooling can also be used. Good dust-proof performance.
4) Articulated axial adjustment door. The pivot points of the regulating gate guide vanes are equipped with joint bearings, which provide flexible, labor-saving, safe and reliable adjustment during operation and adjustment, ensuring that the actuator is not overloaded.
5) The fan is an integral assembly type. The casing, transmission assembly, coupling cover, and electric motor are all fully assembled as a whole. During on-site installation, there is no need for distributed assembly.
6) The fan is driven directly by an electric motor, which has a more compact structure than a pulley drive. It improves the uniform transmission of torque by the electric motor, reduces vibration, and eliminates the phenomenon of dust shaking in the transmission belt.
7) The fan is fully equipped. Adjust the door, coupling cover, inlet and outlet counter flanges, and provide the entire machine with anchor bolts, as well as matching actuators and shock absorbers as needed.
8) The parameters are fully provided. The main components include static and dynamic loads, rotor flywheel torque, regulating gate resistance torque, and external dimensions. Holding the instruction manual for this series of fans is sufficient for construction design.
